In Wilkes-Barre, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across Pennsylvania, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Wilkes-Barre is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilkes-Barre follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Highly recommend! I ordered a dish planter for a funeral and when I got to it, I couldn’t believe the gorgeous job they did. We are very lucky to have such a talented florist in NEPA!

Five Stars! I recently ordered a floral arrangement from McCarthy Flowers in Wilkes Barre. I couldn’t have be more impressed! The flowers were absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and artfully arranged. You can tell they put real care and creativity into their work. The arrangement was even more beautiful than I expected and brought me so much joy. The flowers and greens stayed healthy looking for well over 2 weeks. I had bought a Christmas centerpiece that lasted almost a month and was absolutely beautiful! They even know what flowers are safe around pets. The staff I worked with were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future floral needs. Highly recommended!

I live in Ohio and wanted to do something special for my mom this Mother’s Day. I never ordered flowers before and picked this place after reading reviews. The lady I ordered from was very helpful and they did an amazing job. The flowers were more beautiful than I imagined they would be and my mother loved them!! I will be ordering again next Mother’s Day if my mom still lives in Wilkes barre.
